Strategic Airlift Apron Expansion – Project Number CMBA 10-3100
44,600 square meter (m2) Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) paved apron with asphalt paved shoulders expansion and other necessary site improvements. The project consists of enlarging an existing strategic airlift apron (under construction) to accommodate two additional parking for C-5/An-124 or equivalent aircraft. An additional ladder connecting taxiway of approximately 3,900 m2 is constructed for more efficient direct access to the apron. Appropriate edge lights, grounding/tie-down, marking, site drainage, and other site improvements is required to complete this project.
Secure RSOI Facility – Project Number CMBA 10-3400
The project consists of constructing a passenger terminal as part of the RSOI facility. Work includes a parking area, roadways connecting other areas, and bus loops at the terminal. The primary facility is the secure RSOI building, accommodated within a 2,400 m2 pre-engineered building (PEB). It is designed to accommodate American, British, and very important personnel (VIP) in a secure and functional manner. The supporting facilities include a parking area for vehicles and buses. A service road is included to connect the facility with the strategic airlift apron expansion and the cargo handling area. Utilities include a point source for power created by a generator farm. Site improvements include drainage and site leveling and grading.
Cargo Handling Area – Project Number CMBA 10-3500
The project consists of a 35,000 m2 paved cargo handling yard, cargo warehouse with utilities, lighting, site improvements, drainage, and fire suppression. The primary facility consists of an 1,000 m2 cargo warehouse with offices for the United States (U.S.) personnel and operations and large paved handling yard. The supporting facilities include fencing and gates suitable for trucks, a fire suppression system, and high mast lighting. Utilities include point source power generation, security fence, site improvements, and drainage.
