Hot Dip Galvanizing Plant

Project includes structural reinforced concrete and steel designs of the Administrative Building, Security Building, Steelworks Building, Transformer Building, Infirmary Building and Cafeteria Building, and the main Hot Dip Galvanizing Building. The Security Building, Steelworks Building, and Transformer Building are single-storey, the Administration Building has a basement and two floors, the Infirmary Building has two floors and the Cafeteria Building has a basement floor. The Hot Dip Galvanizing Building has plan dimensions of 93m x 71m, and a clean ceiling height of 21m. This structure is equipped with 7.5t capacity cranes in accordance with operational requirements in a way to scan the entire plan forehead. Large spans due to operational requirements have been resolved with steel trusses and other crane-bearing spans with prestressed beams. For the simultaneous operation of the production process in the most efficient way, rail layout was designed at the ground level between the galvanized hall and the holding/storage hall, and their relations with the main foundation system of the building was solved according to governing loading scenarios.
